@cbogus18 Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

The "publicip count exceeded for this subscription in this region" error occurs when you have reached the limit for the number of public IP addresses that you can create in a specific region. To fix this error, you can either delete some of the existing public IP addresses that you no longer need or you can request a limit increase for your subscription.

Check Public IP address limits for a Subscription here:

To delete a public IP address, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign into the Azure portal.
    2. Search for "Public IP addresses".
    3. Select the public IP address that you want to delete.
    4. Click on the three dots on the right side.
    5. Confirm that you want to delete the public IP address.

To request a limit increase for your subscription, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign into the Azure portal.
    2. Click on the "Help + support" button in the left-hand menu.
    3. Click on the "New support request" button.
    4. Select "Quota" as the issue type.
    5. Fill out the required information, including the region where you need the limit increase.
    6. Submit the support request.

Once your request is approved, you will be able to create additional public IP addresses in the specified region.
