How do I paste a full sized image in Whiteboard? When I paste now, it shrinks it so that the resolution of the image is blurred

Hi,

When I currently paste an image into Whiteboard, it does not paste the full image. It makes it a lot smaller so that when I increase the size, it ends up being very blurred.

I am pasting an image from Snagit.

Even if I paste the image into Outlook or Word, the image is full size, but not when I paste into Whiteboard.

Please advise what I can do to resolve. Is there a setting in Whiteboard that stops it from shrinking the image?
