cannot log in to dev.azure.com always asking for more information required

Our team of developers cannot access our repository in dev.azure.com, when they logged in to the website in dev.azure.com it stack in more information required page. What is the problem with this? this is just happening now, this does not happened every time.

    It's possible that the user profiles aren't completely filled out.

    Examine your Azure DevOps user profile to ensure that all required fields are filled out.

    If your organization uses Azure AD, Conditional Access policies may have been set up that require users to provide additional verification when logging in from unfamiliar locations or devices.

    Check with the Azure AD administrator for your organization to see if this is the case.
