Is it possible to start 40 Teams meeting at the same time period which are the meetings created by me?
There are no limits on the number of meetings a given user can create. There is a limit for the number of Live events though. Refer to the official documentation for more details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/limits-specifications-teams
