I am unable to try my own video in https://portal.vision.cognitive.azure.com/demo/video-summary-and-frame-locator
It has asked me to create a new resource but when I try to create a new resource at https://portal.vision.cognitive.azure.com/my-resources , I am unable to see my resource groups in the drop down menu.
I have created a resource group at the azure portal named VisionSpatial as well. And yet the resource group is not being shown in the drop down menu while creating a new resource. I have enclosed the relevant screenshots. As shown below, my resource group dropdown menu is empty even though I have a VisionSpatial resource group in my azure portal.

I was successfully able to reproduce the issue on my end, but after creating the resource in the Azure portal and selecting refresh button in the vision studio, the new resource was reflected immediately.
Please try refresh option or logging out and logging back into the studio.
If you are still unable to see your resource group, please make sure that you have the correct permissions to access the resource group.
Please try these and let us know if you still face this issue.

I am able to access my cognitive resource as shown below.
When I select the "browse container for your video", I was asked to choose the container as shown below.
I followed the "Learn how to configure CORS on Azure storage" link and created a storage account (in the same resource group) as well as a container and uploaded a video as well per the shown screenshots below.
But when I go back to my vision studio portal and reload the page, the storage account is not being shown in the storage account drop down menu.
I have tried refreshing, logging out and logging in as well but the drop down menu still does not show my containers which have the cors enabled for vision studio website and as well as are in the same container.
I currently have two rescource types in my resource group which are cognitive services and storage account as shown below.
The issue now is the non visibility of my storage account name in the drop down menu as shown below.

2023-05-26T13:00:37.71+00:00 Thank you for your advice. The new update is that I could upload my video. I do not know the reason as to why it is being refreshed slowly. On my custom video, I could not run the video summary and frame locator test. The frame analysis and locate specific frames using a search query tests are working fine.

Shivakumar Subramanian (MSC Technology India) 45 Reputation points2023-09-30T16:16:03.9066667+00:00 I am facing a similar issue like that one mentioned by Mustafa on May 26 6:30PM(India Standard Time (IST)). When I upload my own video I get only two options and the "Video Summary" option goes missing.
Is there any specific set of criteria for the video summary option to be enabled
