How do I install Windows 10 and activate it using my Microsoft 365 subscription benefits?

I purchased Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription but I cannot successfully figure out how to make use of the Windows 10 license that accompanies the subscription. The PC I am installing Windows 10 on has Windows 7 currently. I followed the instructions (https://www.vote.org/) that I found for doing the upgrade but the upgrade at the end is requiring a Windows 10 Product Key. What did I miss? I see no "Windows 10 product key" information associated with my Microsoft 365 account so I am assuming there is some kind of other process I was supposed to use instead of the instructions that I found.

Hi,
Please make sure you have joined the Azure Active Directory.
When a Microsoft 365 user logs in Windows will periodically check to see if that user has a license which includes a Windows 10 Business subscription. If they do then Windows will automatically activate and register itself as Business edition
