MS Certification and Profile

Question

I have been writing some MS exams and passed 2(Dynamics 365 fundamentals and MS 365 fundamentals). On my profile the certificates only 1 is showing.

I have also associated my profile to the company but when I check the solutions designations, we're still on 5/10 in terms of score yet 2 people have passed the MS-900 exam.
