The administrator is indicating a lack of permission to create OpenAI models.
I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a permission issue that I am encountering while working with a Cognitive Services deployment.
I am currently using the client account "[******@accounttechairgram.onmicrosoft.com]" and facing difficulties performing an operation within the scope of the following resource:
Resource ID: /subscriptions/c7f129ef-9337-435e-83f4-1efb6175e18f/resourceGroups/OpenAI/providers/Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts/mindcruiser/deployments/mindcruiser-gpt-35
Unfortunately, I am receiving the following error message:
"Object with ID '6b0b61d4-b54e-4341-a3ec-edf566677fd6' and client '******@accounttechairgram.onmicrosoft.com' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts/deployments/write' within the scope of the resource '/subscriptions/c7f129ef-9337-435e-83f4-1efb6175e18f/resourceGroups/OpenAI/providers/Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts/mindcruiser/deployments/mindcruiser-gpt-35', or the scope is invalid. If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials."
I have carefully reviewed my credentials and confirmed that the account "[******@accounttechairgram.onmicrosoft.com]" should have the necessary permissions to perform the specified operation. Additionally, I have made sure that there have been no recent changes to my access rights.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this permission issue. It appears that the account is missing the required "Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts/deployments/write" permission within the specified resource scope.
