How to disable Two factors authenticator If I don't have access to my account being a admin

I am unable to login into my Microsoft 365 account as I'm into a loop of two factors authenticator. I had 2 factor authenticator pair with my phone but due to some reason I formatted it and now I don't have access to it nor the backup code. I'm still available to change my password but two factor authenticator is not letting me to get into my account as reinstalling the authenticator app just goes into the loop of asking the code from the app itself. I'm really frustrated as I have complained about it 15 day ago and still no action was taken. Guy from technical support told me that someone will call you in 2-3 hours but its been 15 days and now response from any support. Yes I the admin of account and I don't have access to any kind of access code and backup code. Can someone help me resolve this??
