I logged out from my administrator account. And then my laptop locked out and he is telling my that the password has been changed from difference device. I tried a lot of passwords, as far as i remember the password must be <Removed for Privacy> but all of my tries didn't work. I tried to change the password of this account *<Removed for Privacy>*from my phone and from second laptop but the new password didn't work. I have 3 devices connected to this account, my phone, my acer laptop, and the hp laptop which is one that showing me the password change issue. Please you helpe is appreciated. Thank you.

Yes I can login in the website using the same credentials and using other devices. Sorry I didn't notice it's public until I posted it.
No problem, your private data has been removed from the original post.
Microsoft account is linked with the mobile no. as well as email id which you provided during creating the account. So using those you can always reset the password.
In case you are able to login with same credential on web.
Make sure you are connected to enter before login.
Try restart your PC and then try connect to internet and login again.
