    Hi sns ,

According to your description, there is no problem in chrome, it can be concluded that there is no problem with the file. The problem should be with the browser.

    Let's do some simple troubleshooting:

How did you open the file? Is it through open in app or open in browser?

Switch to private mode and retry.

    Try resetting Edge.

    Close SmartScreen.

I will add the tag of Microsoft edge so that more people can see the problem. If the problem has not been resolved, I suggest you post a new post with the Microsoft edge tag so that you can get more targeted help.

    Hi sns ,

    Thank you for the response.

Does this happen to all users?

    Are the above methods useless?

Try uninstalling Edge and reinstalling to see if the issue is resolved.

I also asked the technical engineers of Office, and they had no other suggestions.

If none of the above methods work, I have no better suggestions. Since only Edge has this situation, I suggest you use another browser as a workaround.
