Create a task in the task scheduler that runs a batch file every 5 minutes 9-5 local time on Weekdays

I want to create a task which runs a batch file 9 am to 5 pm every 5 minutes on weekdays. I cannot seem to solve how to make sure it works daily and starts at 9 am followed by stopping at 5 pm
