The SERVER 2019 virtual host is active, and the AVMA key has been installed on the VMS running under the virtual host. The data interaction integration server is also enabled. It does not activate after the restart. What's the problem and how

    Is the host DataCenter? Only a DataCenter host can activate guests via AVMA. What install media was used for the guests? Licensed or evaluation?
