I turned on the verification of the Open AI account on Microsoft Authenticator, but now I have deleted the Open AI account in Authenticator. Now when I try to log in to chatGPT, I am still prompted to enter the verification code. So now I can't log into my chatgptGPT account. How can I solve it?
