SCCM Issue - Forcing Windows 11 to our computers

Hi guys,

I need big help. For some silly reasons, our SCCM (or on-premise MECM) had downloaded Windows 11 and pushed it out automatically to a big half of our fleet.

There are many issues with Windows 11 for our environment, as you can tell by now, most of our computers are Windows 10 based , and we like to stick with that.

Can someone advise how to stop this upgrade from happening, or rather, to revert it? I've deleted it from the Windows 10 Updates software update group, but unsure if that's sufficient.

    Hello Jonathan Wong,

First, in your console, go to Software Library > Windows Servicing > Servicing Plans, make sure you don't have any existing one.

How are you managing your devices (SCCM only, co-management, tenant attach...)? Are you using any workload with Microsoft Intune?

If you devices have full internet access (e.g. roaming clients) and they meet the Windows 11 requirements, they can receive features updates from Microsoft Update using the following option. But there is a way to disable this option using GPO.

To disable Windows Update from Internet sources, see the following documentation:
