Managed Home Screen missing Notification Badges for Apps

Hi,

we deployed TC57 Scanner with Microsoft Intune as dedicated devices. There are no App-Icon badges for our Apps, if we get messages on these devices. It worked one or 2 months prior to this Post!

Those are the configs:

-TC57
-Android 11 & Android 8
-dedicated Device

-Kioskmode: Multi-App
-App-Notification Badges : turned on (both in Intune and on the devices)

Crystal-MSFT 44,931 Reputation points Microsoft Vendor

@Amir, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For your issue, after researching, I didn't find any good suggestion. I suggest opening case to see if you can get more help.
