My bookings app is not respecting the business hours or the boundaries I set.

I have set my bookings business hours to directly match the bookings Default Scheduling policy. It is allowing students to book outside of these time slots. I made ensured I am in the correct time zone. I have also marked in the bookings app that students can book out 46 days, but the bookings app is only allowing students to book our 30 days. It also allowed a student to book a time slot where I was marked "BUSY" in my outlook calendar. My outlook calendar and my bookings app are linked.

I have many students that I need to see and this hiccup in the bookings app is causing a lot of frustration on my end. My IT team does not know what is going on. Please offer me support to fix this.

    According to our research, this problem can occur for the following reasons:

    1. There is a difference between your Office time zone and the booking time zone. You may need to check and change your time zone settings in the Office portal and in the Bookings app.
    2. When you set up employee working hours, you haven't cleared the Use business hours check box. You may need to customize each employee's working hours to match their availability.
    3. You haven't updated your booking page after changing your hours or boundaries. You may need to refresh the booking page or clear your cache to see the changes.
