@Bao Pengfei Thanks for the question. Currently Fine Tuning is not available in the Azure Open AI studio as mentioned in the document.
I have successfully trained, but I can't deploy it. Is it because of insufficient resources?
@Bao Pengfei Yes, fine-tuning is disabled for all new customers on April 26th.
