Web Part Page Viewer getting rid of ribbon

Question

I've created a page using webparts to show a certain view from two different libraries. For the library that is in the Records Center portion of SharePoint I used the Page Viewer.

Is there anyway to not have the ribbon displayed when showing on the page? See highlight in image below.

I have tested in my environment, even if the user only has the permission of view only, he can still see the ribbon you mentioned.

That means it's by design.

We are using SharePoint on-prem (server).

yes the ribbon is showing. I do not want it to show on this page when the webpart is displaying the view.
