Hi Team

I created a notification for non compliance devices and configured the action for non compliance. I send preview email. I got the notification preview email sent successfully. However, email is not delivered to end users and additional recipients.

What could be the reason for the same?

    Hi Ritesh

    try to :

Verify Email Addresses: Double-check the email addresses of the end users and additional recipients to ensure they are correctly entered and spelled. Make sure there are no typos or formatting errors in the email addresses.

Check Email Filters and Spam/Junk Folders: Ask the end users and additional recipients to check their email filters, spam, and junk folders. Sometimes, emails from certain sources may get filtered or marked as spam by email clients or security software. Ensure that the notification email is not being filtered out or marked as spam.

Review Exchange Online Protection (EOP) Settings: If your organization uses Exchange Online Protection (EOP) or any other email security services, check the settings and rules in place. It's possible that the notification emails are being blocked or quarantined by these services. Review the email security settings and whitelist the sender's email address or domain if necessary.

Check Email Delivery Logs: Consult your email server logs or contact your email service provider to check if there are any delivery issues or errors recorded for the notification emails. The logs can provide insights into whether the emails were accepted, rejected, or encountered any issues during the delivery process.

Test with a Different Email Account: To isolate the issue, you can test the notification email by sending it to a different email account outside of your organization. This will help determine if the problem lies with the email server or settings within your organization.

Review Notification Settings: Double-check the notification settings in your device compliance policy or notification configuration. Ensure that the correct action is configured for non-compliant devices and that the appropriate email template or content is included in the notification. Make sure the notification is enabled and set to send to the intended recipients.
