What does "AFAFAFAF" in minidumps signify?

Noticeably, I have been seeing some BSOD minidumps that have certain failure dumps, with AFAFAFAF in the stack dump, mostly referring to WHEA or NMI interrupts, which usually imply CPU. While I don't have the BSOD errors myself, I am interested in learning what exactly these codes mean.

On Google, almost all BSOD error entries with AFAFAFAF in the stack dumps imply hardware failure, and I am interested in knowing what can cause a machine to start throwing these sorta debug entries.

Thank you in advance.
