I received an email in which the sender looks suspicious, here is the email:

"From: Microsoft Outlook ******@onexonedesign.onmicrosoft.com

Sent: May 26, 2023 9:02 AM

Subject: Your mailbox is almost full.

Importance: High

Your mailbox is almost full.

To make room in your mailbox, delete any items you don't need and empty your Deleted Items folder.

Learn more about storage limits."

Is this a spam email? How can I identify if it is moving forward and how do I report it?

    Hello Vida,

The "@onexonedesign.onmicrosoft.com" is a good sign that this is spam e-mail. As Christopher pointed out, report the message and delete it. That is not an official Microsoft e-mail support address.

The message is sent from a public email domain.

    Or The name is misspelt.
