Windows server 2016 cannot delete organizational units

Why am I prompted with "Cannot perform the requested deletion" when I delete organizational units in Windows server 2016?

Hi,

Please deselect "Protect object from accidental deletion" in the object tab of the OU properties. Also make sure this is not the default OU for the newly created AD users or computers. You can use redirusr and redircmp set the default OU.
