Site Contents is Blank in modern View, I have tried installing the latest patch update along with the language Pack but still is not working.
/_layouts/15/viewlsts.aspx?view=14 -- Not Showing the List of available Site Contents.
Browser Log shows /_api/web/AppTiles Status: 404 Not Found

In 2021 this Issue was fixed by installing this patch KB5001974 (needs to be installed along with the KB5001975) manually, I am not sure if anyone else has facing the same issue now after installing May2022 Patches.
The 404 File not found may refer to something is missing while retrieving the pages.
I have already fixed that issue by installed those updates, but now this seems to be different as only the Site Contents is now showing the List of Contents.
