Help with merging two Microsoft Certification profiles

Hi Support.

I have my Microsoft Learn profile connected to Credly but not with Certiport. All the certifications done through Credly appears in Microsoft Learn profile but not the Certiport one.

I believe profile needs to be merged to be able to see all the certification completed. I do have separate MCID for Certiport, which is different than the one in my Learn profile.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
