It's better to reach out to MS Support team from the portal by raising the support request. Team could try to restore the deleted data if you reach out them ASAP.
Unfortunately Soft delete feature which is important in this scenario is not available in ADLS Gen2 but available in Azure Blob storage only - https://feedback.azure.com/forums/217298-storage/suggestions/39308830-enable-soft-delete-in-azure-data-lake-gen2
