You have SQL Server licenses only on "paper", there is nothing to activate.

Hello,
I have MS SQL Server 2019 Standard. However, I need to connect to the database from two computers. I have two CALs per device. My question is how do I activate them?

Or do you mean to imply, that all need to do is to connect? (I would be inclined to agree, since I've never heard about activating CALs. Isn't that just a piece of paper?)
