It is not only you; many eagerly await access to Copilot in Microsoft 365 (M365). Since March 2023, Microsoft has been testing Copilot with 20 enterprise customers, which Microsoft selected.

On May 9, 2023, in another Blog Post, Microsoft announced that 600 hundred customers are getting "invitation-only", paid preview access. You may refer to the blog post from the below link.
