I'm unable to login with my Microsoft account to schedule an exam with Pearson VUE

After I log in and try to schedule my AZ-900 exam, I get a That Microsoft account doesn’t exist. Enter a different account or get a new one. error even though I'm using the same email I'm logged in with. I'm not sure how to get past that point to schedule my exam. Any help is greatly appreciated!
