    Hello Reman Biswas,
I understand your concern. If you have canceled your pay-as-you-go subscription, Azure should not charge you for any further usage. However, if you have any outstanding balance on your account, Azure may attempt to charge your debit card to settle the balance.

To avoid being charged, you can try the following steps:

Contact Azure support as soon as possible and explain your situation. They may be able to help you resolve the issue and prevent any further charges from being made to your debit card.

    1. If you are unable to contact Azure support, you can try removing your debit card from your Azure account. To do this, go to the Azure portal, select "Billing and Cost Management", and then select "Payment methods". From there, you can remove your debit card from your account.
Refer to this thread : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/836009/cant-detach-the-payment-method-credit-card.
    2. It's important to note that failing to pay your Azure bill can result in your account being suspended or terminated, which can have further consequences. Therefore, it's best to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
