E5 developer program sign up Error

Question

Can someone help me I was trying to sign up but it gave me an error about invalid information, I tried second time by changeing domain name but now it keep said already sent code to my number and waited for many hours still asked me to try again later.

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

• We have already sent a code to this number. Please try again later.
