Windows Server 2019 Error

When I remotely signed in to the server all apps are blank white icons and do not running like the below pictures.

    Hi.

    Please try to delete the icon cache:

    Win+R enter “appdata”.

    In the Appdata folder, double click on the Local folder to access it.

    Click on View from the top menu. Tick on Hidden items.

    Scroll down and locate the Iconcache file.

    Right-click on the Iconcache file. Click on Delete.

    Open Task Manager, right click on "Windows Explorer" under the Processes tab and select "Restart".

    Reconnect to the server remotely.
