    Hi,

    Microsoft Network Monitor and Network Analyser were both archived by MS and no further development or releases are available, you can use the archive version however there is no support from MS on this product.https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=4865

    If you want to use Network analysis tool please use third party product such as Wireshark.
