After upgrading to version 2303, we are seeing a noticeable slowdown in the display, in the console, of the node "\Software Library\Overview\Office 365 Client Management", while the sub-nodes are displayed almost instantly.

From the moment you select the offending node, only after about four minutes, the data is shown.

Is anyone detecting the same anomaly?

We detect the anomaly from any console, even from the Site Server.

Hello Vid3al,

For me, the dashboard took up to 5 seconds to appear. Do you have the same behavior?

Yes, the version is like the one you indicated.

We have also updated another infrastructure to version 2303, and the time has lengthened, but negligible.

The difference is the number of systems managed, in the first there are thousands, in the second there are hundreds, but in the first it seems exaggerated to go from 5 seconds to 4 minutes.

However the slowdown has also emerged in another reality, I have the impression that something has therefore changed with the queries that this dashboard makes in the DB.

Youssef Saad, do you have hundreds or thousands of systems under management in your infrastructure?

I have thousands of systems under management. You should try giving a temporary full Internet access on your ConfigMgr server then check.

We also tried with Internet access. But I don't understand why you consider the internet. Why does this dashboard contact the internet? Are there logs in which to check?

I have the exact problem as @Vid3al .

Currently running MCM 2211 with latest hotfix and managing about 3,000 devices. When running the console on the primary server, if I select the "Office 365 Client Management" node, the screen takes an eternity to offer the final content, but usually causes the console to lock up and eventually crash. If I run the console on a regular workstation, I fair much better, but it still takes a very long time to resolve the final content.

The "Windows Servicing" node takes about 30 seconds to resolve and the "Microsoft Edge Management" node resolves almost immediately. It is only the Office 365 node that is problematic.

I will be upgrading to 2309 in the next few months so will be interesting to see if this issue disappears.

In my case, the problem persists even with version 2309.
