in-game problem

so basically in a game called Geometry Dash i can't hear any sound. i have tried everything. volume is up in-game, in windows, i even tried force-updating my headphones in device manager, and i just can't help it. please give me some tips.

    You can troubleshoot sound problems from the following aspects:

    1. Does the operating system have sound?
    2. Is there a question mark or exclamation mark in the device manager?

    4. Is there any sound when running other games?
    5. Is it normal to update the sound card driver?
