Dear Team
We're facing Issues in our organizations on most of the Desktops all are in Domain. Every week we get this issue frequently 8 to 9 desktops.
Taskbar/Start Menu/Timing/System Tray Icons all this will be freeze, once it double clicks on date and time it will work or reboot the device will work. Also, we can't open Task manager during this incident.
But Actually, we need a permanent solution in this.

Check the Event Viewer and see if there is any log files during the time of the incident?
Have you installed all updates for the Windows?

Yes, We check all the Logs but no clue at all on this issue.
Yes installed all the updates, is it the issue related to any update?
Like KB5018410 known issues for Windows 10 22H2 but what's the fixed update for this issue?

Personally, I feel 21H2 is more stable.
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try performing a Clean boot and see if the problem persists?
Have a look at:
If not, enable services one by one to identify which one causing this problem.
Installing update is recommended because update packages contains several bug fixes.
