Microsoft Download

Question

We are a small fire department and bought the stand alone microsoft office standard 2019. It will not let me download it from the website. I get an error code internet information services 7.0 or higher with asp.net v4.0 in the list of 11S web server extensions. It is a brand new dell computer.

I'd try another pc to download.
