Hi all
i have a document file and i want to share this file to external domain users. lets say external domain is externaldomain.com. Can i use wildcard like *.externaldomain.com and share it to external users. is this possible.

I think it is not possible. As per the article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/restricted-domains-sharing, under the section: Limiting Restrictions, 4th point you can see, it is mentioned that wild card aren't supported.

As the Microsoft article provided by Karthick AP, wildcard domain is not supported in the external sharing.
