For a couple of months now, my Wi-Fi has been working fine, except it says it has no internet access. It wasn't a big deal to me until I wanted to get a game on the Xbox app. Now, I've realized that I can't use Microsoft apps like Xbox, Microsoft Store, widgets, or log into games like Minecraft.

2024-01-24T06:44:00.3+00:00 Hello, To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
- Restart your router and modem. Unplug them from the power source, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug them back in.
- Check if your Wi-Fi adapter is working properly. Go to Device Manager, expand the Network adapters section, and check if there are any yellow exclamation marks next to your Wi-Fi adapter. If there are, right-click on the adapter and select Update driver.
- Reset your network settings. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset. This will reset all your network settings to their default values.
- Disable your firewall temporarily. Sometimes, firewalls can block certain apps from accessing the internet. Try disabling your firewall temporarily and see if it resolves the issue.
