user cannot delete Teams message

Hi! I am very concerned of why I can't delete messages in Teams.

1. First, please contact the administrator to enable the function of deleting messages for you in the Messaging policies of the Teams admin center.

2. If you want to delete the messages in the Channel, please contact the Owner of the Team and enable the delete message function in the Team Setting.
