How do I find and replace text in all my SharePoint docs? Old URL with New URL using PowerShell script

After migration from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019. How do I find and replace text in all my SharePoint docs? from old url to new url which are hardcoded inside documents.

    Unfortunately, SharePoint does not have an efficient tool or PowerShell command to find or replace old URLs in documents currently. Maybe you can look for other three-party software to solve this problem. Thank you for your consideration.
