Enumeration not working

I have Windows Server 2016 where in I use to share the folders directly in the explorer where I create. I had not paid the attention that all those folders which I have shared I had check boxed the Enumeration option in Server Manager - File and Storage Services.
Suddenly it strike me to try with different group users to login and try if enumeration works, but it is not working. All users can see all users folders!
In some KB I read that I have directly create folders from Server Manager - File and Storage Services which will create "share" folder under which if I create my folder then enumeration works, but that also is not working.
Can anyone guide as to why it is not working .
