Microsoft Cursor Issue

Question

Hello, I have MAC OS 13.4 (22F66) and currently I'm experiencing cursor issue on the Remote Desktop - I have inquired Apple for support and was referred to connect to Microsoft for further assistance.

 

The mouse cursor is not at it's original setting (size) with remote, and it often disappears within screen.

 

any guidance will be appreciated, as it has been extremely difficult to work remote without proper mouse function.
