upgrade to windows 10 22H2

Hi All,

we have around 180 system below Windows 10 22H2 and need to be upgraded to 22H2 using sccm. however we used the windows servicing but no success though deployment shows as compliant. Is there any way to upgrade it to 22H2. details of version given below. any advice will be highly appreciated.

20H2 8

21H1 54

21H2 52

Windows 10 version 1607 1

windows 10 version 1709 1

windows 10 version 1803 3

Windows 10 version 1903 1

Windows 10 version 1909 49

Have you tried with the enablement package for devices running 20H2 +?

Before using Windows Servicing feature, I would suggest to you to make sure that all your devices are up to date.

For the devices with an old version from 20H2, you can run a feature update directly to 22H2 or maybe Windows 11 if they meet its requirements.

If an update is required for a device, the device installed the update successfully, it will show as compliant.

If an update is not required for a device, the deployment will show as compliant too.

Like Youssef said, for Windows 10 versions 20H2, 21H1, 21H2, we have to deploy the enablement package for them.

For the windows 10 version 1909 and earlier, make sure the devices have installed the latest CU and SSU, then the update windows 10 22H2 will be considered as required for these devices.
