issue with Authenticator app

Hello, I have a sign in issue with my Authenticator app. when I am trying to sign in my Teams EPAM account (I am added with my free personal account as a Guest) it requests to verify with microsoft authenticator app. it shows me a number which I should enter in the app. but there is no any window to enter that number. I tried to reset password also tried to turn off two step verification. it is all useful. please help me. because of that I missed my sessions, I'm very worried about it. when I enter my email and password, it requests to approve with Authenticator app, and app is notices me about it so I am approving it. after that it shows me a number and says me to open my Authenticator app and enter the shown number but there is no any window or notification were I could enter that number. app is up to date. please help me with that.

Hello @irma maghalashvili !

So ,this means that your PERSONAL account is not an enterprise user , not invited into any Tenant and the gmail you have is a personal account only .

In this case you have to go to

https://account.microsoft.com

And try the same thing

If you manage to log in then go to the image links and make adjustments

See whether you can change the available methods or even re enter the Phone

you can add also SMS if it is better , also in the SIgn In method

And there you can select SMS
