Can i Create an alert rule included a set of signals?

I am creating a Azure Database for MySQL server with Azure. I want to receive alert when below events are triggered. There is a way to do that not by creating many rules?

unavailability

backup (auto or manual)

failover

failure

notification (when problems occurred)

low storage

You can add multiple conditions to a single Azure Alert rule to look for different metrics, so you can achieve what you want. However, this will make it more difficult to manage. I would recommend splitting these into different rules.
