What are Microsoft office apps built using

Hi,

I was reading about different native UI frameworks for Windows. I read about FluentUI, it was mentioned that Microsoft Office apps are built using fluentUI, whereas FluentUI consists of WinUI3 and React. Also got to know that Microsoft Teams uses Team Ui Kit which is built on Fluent UI React Native. Similarly, I wanted to understand how other office apps are built(like Excel and Word), DO they also use Fluent UI React Native? or do they use WinUI3?
