The CMG connection point eventually changed to ‘Connected’ state. Most likely this was after the TCP port 10140 was opened in FW. However, I see no reference of TCP port being used in Proxy connector log. Is there anybody who has experienced this? Is this a bug in CB 2002?
CMG Connection Point goes into Disconnected Status
Hi,
I am seeing a peculiar issue where the CMG connection point goes offline and in a Disconnected status by itself. The CMG was up for like 3 hours and it worked fine as I was able install apps and updates on an internet device as part of testing. Then suddenly the connection point went offline. There are no errors in the proxy connector log, but has some intense processing going on of client requests that are being forwarded to the internal MP over 443 and SUP. Connections to CMG service are getting parked. I have got the TCP-TLS port 10140 opened, but that has not made any difference. Has anybody experienced this before? I don’t want to just re-configure the CMG connection point as I feel this doesn’t address the underlying problem. We are running CB 2002 with latest hotfix.
