Hi team,

When Customer purchase Teams Rooms Basic license, do they need to purchase Azure AD P1 license too?

Yes, a customer who purchases a Teams Rooms Basic license would also need to purchase an Azure AD P1 license. Azure AD P1 is required for Teams Rooms Basic to enable device registration and management.

I also want confirm that
Customer should purchase Teams Rooms Basic license and Azure AD P1 license to make Teams Rooms work, is that right?
We can see Team Rooms Pro license included Azure AD P1 license.
It is not must for Customer to purchase Pro license to make Team Rooms work, is that right?

Yes, that is correct. In order to use Teams Rooms, a customer needs to have at least a Teams Rooms Basic license and an Azure AD P1 license. The Teams Rooms Pro license includes the Azure AD P1 license, but it is not necessary for a customer to purchase the Pro license in order to use Teams Rooms.
