    For the error code 65000, it is a general error. To get more information about the issue, you can look into the Intune Management Extension log (IME) under C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs and event log under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostic-Provider >Admin to see if there's any error related existing.
